“I have a pack of Hot Heads extensions in, and another pack of Donna Bella extensions. Less than a week after installation, every single Donna Bella extension has fallen out. I am a licensed hairdresser who has done extensions for years and I’ve never seen anything like this. Absolutely ridiculous. I won’t be purchasing again.”

“I normally would rate 5 star. I have ordered the same extensions for years and this package was wrong color even though there a removable sticker with color number on it. But hair in package not white ash 80#. I will need to send back and pay shipping again, was disappointed as it has been correct/good product in the past.”

“My hair is very much so on the ash white side and I have purchased all shades of the blonde previously that Donna Bella makes. But none are “ white ash “ enough to match my hair. So I was very excited to see Donna Bella come out with this color. And they turned out still very yellow. Not at all like it looks in the picture. Anyone have a clue how to tone these white? I tried T18 and it turned them gross gray. HELP!”
