“I’m a licensed cosmetologist, I use a lot of extensions and the quality of these were amazing could not ask for better. The color was good too matched with her hair perfect. Website was easy to navigate also. The only complaint I have is the tapes are horrible!! I tell my clients to wait 48 hours before shampooing so ensure they stay in. She waited 3 days and some of them came out when shampooing.”
“NEGATIVE 5 Stars! Never have been more disappointed with a company in my life. I paid $28 dollars to have my extensions fed ex overnight after talking to rep over the phone and they assured me I would have them by 10:30am next day. I placed my order on Feb 17 needed them for my appointment on Feb 19. I did not receive my extensions until MARCH 1st at 4pm. I had to cancel 2 appointments due to not receiving my extensions. After several calls they told me there is nothing they can do. I felt at least I should have a refund fr the $28 i paid solely to have them fed ex priority over night.”
