“I was disappointed to find that I could not re order the 12 inch tape ins. So I have to pay for hair I get cut off. I buy extensions for volume, not length. I had to cut the 12 inch but they were more reasonable to buy. And something has happened to the tape. It does not last or behave like it used to. I am disappointed with the quality for the past two orders at least.”
