“Not exactly the color that I wanted, this blue is a lot darker than expected. Will not be able to use, put it against my very blond hair and it will turn out looking greyish blue. I purchased from somewhere else and the hair is exactly the bright royal blue that I need.”

“The blue extensions I received look as if they've already got damaged ends and than my 2nd order was send WITHOUT a address on it and I had to drive 30 minutes away to FedEx to pick it up to else they wouldn't deliver until the next day and I had a appointment and needed them that day which is why I paid almost $25 for shipping. When I called donna Bella they stated I never out a address in which I know I did and even if I didn't they had my number, to which they should of called instead of sending something out with only my name and city/state. Definitely not happy that have done nothing to fix the issues I've had! They send I could send the blue extensions back BUT they would NOT overnight the new one's even though I originally paid to have them overnight which didn't seem fair.”
