“I chose 2 different shades for blend and contrast, the one that was “rooted” came very warm almost like a strawberry blonde versus what a natural typical blonde would be. Also the light blonde was more like a level 7-8 than 9. Quality was OK wish there was a larger selection of shades to choose from.”
“I’m sad to write this review as Donna Bella has been a great company to work with. I am a professional and use Donna Bella extensions for myself and clients. Unfortunately I have found their blonde extensions do not hold up longer than 2 weeks. After two weeks they are no longer soft, they mat together and break off every time I brush the hair. I am using all of the proper products for extensions, in fact I spend more time and product on the extensions just to be able to wear them with out feeling embarrassed about the tangling. It takes a lot of effort to make the extensions manageable. I’ve reached out to customer service about the first few packs I purchased I thought I received a bad batch of hair, they sent me new hair and the new hair is now being thrown out as they did the exact same thing- it wasn’t a bad batch this is now two times I am disappointed. I would like my money back at this point.”
“I love these extensions. They are great quality and beautiful. It is however hard to get the exact right match. I asked several people which ones would match my hair and we all agreed on the same ones, however, when they came, they don’t match the picture 100%. Maybe have same customer photos or ones in other lighting would help others make better matches?”
