“My hair looks nice In pictures but in person, it looks terrible. I’ve been a licensed stylist for 13 years, and had these applied by a stylist that has been licensed even longer. The hair was very soft when I received it. I spent my hard earned money on these and I couldn’t wait. I’ve been unemployed since the middle of March and I wanted to do something for myself To feel better so I saved My money and splurged. And I’ve regretted since. The hair still smells like synthetic hair, despite washing it several times. It never feels clean, always feels greasy and looks greasy. I’m so disappointed and let down over this. I was so excited to do this, as I’ve been wanting to for years and now I’m mad at myself.”
“My extensions have been a nightmare. The first time I had them put in they turned purple with toning shampoo. The purple NEVER came out. I had them removed and my hairdresser tried to get them back to normal, it did not happen. I put them back in a week ago. I swam in a pool today. When I washed them with regular shampoo they turned bright blue. I washed my hair again with different shampoo and they have turned green. I believe I paid too much money for this to be happening.”

Amanda basically told me too bad, we can't guarantee it'll be there when it was suppose to. EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXTRA?? Why would you even offer for us to pay more out of our pockets if you're not going to get it to us by then? Then when I emailed her again, she just never responded. I will literally never purchase from this company again, only because of how the situation was handled.”
