“Very disappointed!! I was told that each pack had 10 sandwiches meaning 20 pieces. I ordered 2 pkg and received my order. I kept them in the package just making sure there were 2 pkg but didn’t think to open to count inside since I believed the rep... a few weeks I waited for my appointment to have them installed by a professional and to my surprise each package had 10 pieces ! Only 5 sandwiches each?? How surprised was I the day before leaving on a trip too. No one to talk to at the late hour and knowing they won’t do anything. I have ordered from several other companies and always 1 pack had 20 pieces-10 sandwiches so why would I think this company was different. Aside from not having enough pieces, I paid twice what I’ve paid previously. Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone to order from this company. They misinformed me and I got screwed!”
“I mess up my hair with to many color , so I have to cut my hair, very short , I was so traumatized about that , I decided to uses hair extensions and I love it , so happy to use this tape hair extensions definitely I feel better and I look better !!”
“The tape came off the actual extensions. The one sided tape also didn't stick well with the hair extensions that didn't come apart.
After one wash there was a ton of split ends and I would say the extensions are thin in comparison to others Ive gotten. And the tape didn't hold. I had 6 pieces come out last night.”
“I’ve purchased Donna Bella tape ins before and loved them!!!! They air dried naturally, blow dried beautifully and styled gorgeously. I cannot say the same for the ombré version. The ends are very dry they even feel malnourished or extremely damaged hair. I’m very dissapointed since this purchase was very expensive and I received a bad batch of hair.”
