“Don’t get me wrong! The hair is gorgeous. I’m a loyal customer and will continue to purchase! But unfortunately I will have to adjust the color of these extensions myself, as the blending starts much higher than I anticipated. I ordered the 22” and emailed with a Donna Bella rep who stated that the blend would start 10ish inches down- which would’ve been perfect- but the ones i received start blending at about 6 inches. And the blend is a bit More Abrupt than in the photos- was anticipating the transition from dark to light being at least 4 inches. Excited to see the end results, though.”
“I placed 2 separate orders of the ombré 18” tape in extensions. The first order and the second order, the hair is two different shades of ombré. Both orders were the exact same, so there should have been no difference in color. Very dissatisfied.”
