“I ordered this hair express shipping so I could have it installed at my scheduled appointment. They changed the shipping speed at check out and I contacted within seconds of placing the order to change the shipping speed back. - they said “order already processed” and refused to update shipping, I even offered to pay double. The website even said “won’t be processed for 3-4 days” .... my appointment was a week ago, they still haven’t shipped my hair. “Even though it was processed within 3 seconds.” They refuse to refund me. If I ever even receive the hair I’ll have to pay the $10 return fee. Super annoying, will not purchase from DonnaBella again.”
“I've used Donna Bella hair for years. The hair lasts a long time with proper care and I love the assortment of colors and installation methods. Ive tried other brands but found the hair to get dry and tangles too easily. My Donna Bella hair stays soft and smooth. I will only stick with Donna Bella from now on! This color - 4/30/613 is a beautiful ombre that makes a nice base for the garnet red semi permanent dye I use allowing for the perfect dark root to splash-of-color ends. Its a really versatile color blend.”
