“Not gunna lie. I’m extremely disappointed. I have always used Donna Bella tape ins. They’ve been my favorite FOR YEARS. I’ve had them for a few weeks now but waited to have them put in until my birthday. Well I got them installed yesterday (professionally) and then I took a shower today, and I’m not even kidding you, EVERY WEFT FELL OUT IN THE SHOWER. I’ve done nothing different from every other time I’ve had them installed…but when you’re paying big $$$$ to get them installed, and they fall out the next day, it’s super disappointing. most of the tape stayed in my hair…after examining both my hair, and the tape and the wefts, I noticed that some of the wefts have a glossy side….some DO NOT!!!!. I’m convinced it’s the hair that is not holding the tape. Since the tape is what stayed in my hair and the weft is what slipped off the tape. I don’t even know what to do now. My birthday dinner is in two days. And I’m practically hairless, our $300 for hair that I can’t use bc it doesn’t stay in, and another $300 for the installation of the hair that wouldn’t stay in. And another $300 + another $600 for more new hair and another installation fee….So $1200 and I have no hair still. I’m so upset it’s not even funny.
On a side note, color was on point. Just wished I didn’t get the one set that shipped out that was defective.”

“First got them and not only was they late after I paid for quicker shipping but the packaging was just sloppy not cute. 2nd I knew they was not as many grams as I’m used to buying in a bundle but these are sooooo super thin. Over $100 for 1 package I realized I’m going to need like 6! But now I definitely do not have all that time again to wait on more so I am now shopping elsewhere to fix this before I at least go back to work. Definitely ruined my weekend because I can not go out like this! And last I thought this was supposed to be good quality? I woke up this morning and they are super frizzy already! I literally just want to return these and get a refund but don’t have time for all that now. I tried to buy better quality so I thought so I would not have to do my hair as often! Never again!”
