“I had my extensions done with sewn-in hybrid wefts, but considering how short the front of my own hair was, we added 1 pack of the color my wefts were and one pack of these rooted ombré ones to the sides . They blended so well because of the deeper root. My hair looks amazing and it was all from Donna Bella!”
“I paid for them and I never received them. Post office won’t help and company won’t help. There’s a tracking number with no product and no activity. I took my other extensions out because they were supposed to be delivered and now I guess I have to buy more somewhere else. It appears I am not getting them and wasted over 100$ on nothing. I don’t know who is at fault for it but I can say I am extremely upset over it.”

“Email said they were delivered I never got them . I called . Was given hoops to jump through during the covid crisis where we are on lock down . Customer service was no help infact kind of rude . I reordered them because i have to have them or be bald . So ill have to take a big loss . Hopefully the next set i ordered show up today . Sent through fedex this time”
