“The hair itself was smooth and matched perfectly, but the tape is just horrible. I was SO excited, and after spending almost half a grand on bundles I can’t believe these extensions literally slipped off my hair in my first shower. And yes, I used the correct shampoo, no conditioner, correct washing method.. I’ve used hair extensions for 13 years. I have replacement tape but who wants to reinstall tape-ins every wash day?? A waste of nearly $500. So, so, so disappointed in the quality of the product.”
