I can tell you that I have had no problems with the Donna Bella hair falling out or shedding too much. I have had more problems with the overpriced hair that I bought. So I just ordered a full set of Donna Bella hair and changing up the colors. I see people are having issues with them coming out, I would suggest going to another salon and having someone else check to make sure they were put in properly. Trust me it makes a difference if they don't take the time and make clean lines when getting a section of your hair. There are many other factors as well. Make sure you buy a brush made for extensions. You can not use any brush. Use the right shampoo and only use conditioner on the very ends of your hair. No where near the scalp. Conditioner will make them come out. Too much heat will loosen them, let hair dry 75% before drying it the rest of the way.
