“I have been ordering extensions for a few years and have loved them. In 11/20 I ordered 2 packs of the silver and after a week 2 had fallen out. Within 5 weeks nearly all had come out. With my other colors I ordered, I've never had this issue before. I opted in February to order a new set, thinking I must have ordered a few bad sets. I had them placed on February 12th and now 2 have come out. No response from customer service and near $300 spent!”
“I ordered this product on Jan 24th and still haven't received it. Emailed the company to let them know o wasn't receiving tracking info and was advised I wouldn't until it arrived at my post office, that was not the answer I expected.
I have an appt on Feb 12th to have the extensions placed in my hair. I hope I get them before then.
