“Hair was very good quality but I had 2 orders and with the second order received someone else's order. Customer service was very quick to correct it and resent me my order but then I received the wrong color. The hair should have been rooted ombre 2 6/10 and I received 6/10 so it didn't match the hair from my first order. Because I need it done before the holiday my stylist is going to color it to make it all match but it's going to cost me extra at the salon.”
