“They have been installed in my hair for a month an a half now. The hair is still super soft, does not matte or tangle ! They have been through multiple washes are not dry looking an still have a lot of life . Rather than my Zala tape in extensions that were trashed after a month. Definitely recommend ! & they are pricey but well worth the money ! They are still full of life !”

“I love Donna Bella but the shipping delays were before Covid. Ordered my hair 12 days ago. I’m a VIP pro so I’m supposed to get 2 day shipping. Have an appointment tomorrow and going to lose money if hair doesn’t arrive.”
“So this was my second order, my client decided she wanted more hair. We removed the old ones, cleansed and retaped them, and installed them along with the new longer ones. I had preformed a color and cut in my client and properly cleansed the hair, dried and performed the installation. The next day when my client went to brush her hair, every single piece if the new 22 inch hair fell out. The manufacture tape that came on the extensions had completely separated itself from the weft and the hair. There was no sticky left to it at all. I am beyond disappointed, and lost money because I then had to redo it all over again. Very very disappointing”
