Hi Quincy! I apologize that the Strand stand stabbed you! Its is a little sharp by design to be able to organize the hair extensions and keep then nice and neat!
The Strand Stand and Organizer are sold separately because not everyone needs the tripod! I personally prefect to use my Organizer attached to my tray so that I can have a table top as well as the Organizer.
Our tools are on sale this month if you are wanting to add the Tripod to collection!
