“I ordered this with plenty of time before my client I would need it for. I was sent a manikin tripod very cheaply made with no Donna Bella logo anywhere on the packaging or anything. I called and sent pictures to the customer care specialist she was apologetic and said they weren’t sure why I would have received this and offered to overnight me the correct stand so I had it in time for my guest. The second package arrived and it was ANOTHER manakin tripod!!! This one was even broken as well! I called them and expressed my concern and asked what was going on and the representative was very rude and said basically she didn’t know what was happening
and couldn’t help. I would not recommend to anyone”
“I can’t rate something I did not receive. I ordered and paid for a stand and was mailed out the strand organizer. I’ve since shipped it back and still waiting for my stand order to arrive.”
