“Got an email that my order was filled, in transit. Waited 3 weeks, never got it, tracking never moved forward from Utah. Called and was told that two out of three swatches were out of stock. Then would take 4-6 weeks more for possibly swatch choices. I canceled and disappointment that I was never informed and my client was not happy with waiting so long.”
