“The swatches appear to have more dimension in the photo than the hair actually had. Dispite the hair color, the packaging was awful. All of the swatches I ordered appeared to have been thrown in a large mangled envelope and there was nothing protecting the hair it’s self. I’ve heard so many good things about this brand but I’m really unsure if I am going to spend the money on their hair ever again due to the lack of care in the packaging.”
