“The picture of the swatch made me believe there was a lot more dimension than the actual swatch. The shipping was very timely however all five swatches I ordered were just thrown into an envelope with out any plastic protectant. So who knows maybe the hair did have highs and lows but broke off in the process of shipping. I had really high hopes and I feel I was let down. Moral of the story I definitely recommend ordering the color swatches first before buying your desired color.”
