“1) They were flexible in helping me upload two very large files that had to be merged 2) Then they sent me a blank file with the correct number of pages with which to place the order and pay 3) Then they allowe dme to describe my cover seisn to them and send a back cover phot and they prroduced the cover for me and sent me an approval proof all on the same day. 4) Then they produced the book according to my lightness specification and the result was A1. Absolutely superb. 5) Fast, flexible, helpful, friendly and excellent quality. Say no more.”

“Dad was really pleased with the book of his poems that I arranged for him and for all of us offspring. It was very easy to do, especially for someone so lacking in technical knowledge like myself, lol. The only thing that would have helped though was the ability to save the file on your website while I was working on it. I know you say that we should do the work elsewhere and just transfer it over but if you don't know what you are doing - like me - then being able to 'jiggle' things like the cover in situ would have been great without it timing out. I received prompt help from your staff when I queried this, even if, in the end, they weren't actually able to help. Not their fault. I would recommend Doxdirect to anyone that need printing done. A very handy service at a more than fair price. Thank you”
