“Your return policy is confusing. On the form that is to be filled out there is a statement : submit your form and you will receive a response. I did not receive a response so I left a message and gentleman called and said that all I had to do is send the items back. Why do the items have to be sent to Canada. The cost for me to return my items by USPS as instructed was $23.00 (because it was sent international), about half of my original purchase. The items were shipped out from somewhere in the US and other types of returns were to be shipped to So. USA. So why?????? Not very happy!!!!!”
