“The monitor didn't recognise the test strips, it kept telling me I'd inserted a pregnancy test when it was a fertility test, it's heartbreaking when you see pregnancy test and you know it's not. My window for fertility is getting shorter and this product was supposed to give me hope. Instead it gave me me anxiety. Not only that the customer service is hopeless. The clear blue team who I was referred to as Dr Fertility won't accept a return of faulty goods they palm you off back to clear blue who's customer service is poor, they sent another unit but it was a refurbished unit with no packaging. The whole customer service from Dr Fertility and Clearblue is shocking. Who doesn't accept responsibility for a product they sell these days. I'd avoid, it's more true than its worth!!!”
