“The item did not work and they informed me I would have to get in touch with clear blue for a refund. I feel as I purchased the item through Dr Fertility they should be the ones to deal with a replacement or a refund. The item is not fit for purpose and was not cheap. This was my first purchase and will most definitely be my last.”

“Am not sure where the problem lies but I think I received a defective kit. I tried over the last month's fertile windows and the kit never gave me a clear reading. It never flashed after the strip was dipped in urine and after 7 mins.. it read error. I used 7 strips in total and never got any accurate reading despite watching the instruction videos on YouTube to be double sure. I ll have to invest in another kit for this month's cycle that's for sure.”
