“Upon opening the box I found a detailed set of instructions that seemed quite complex at first, but once I got down to the part that detailed, 7 simple steps, the test was straight forward. I would recommend reading the whole set of instructions before embarking on the test because the first few steps are time dependent. During the test the only part which was a little difficult was reading the temperature sensitive strip/thermometer on the plastic cup. The colour change is quite subtle so to pick up the colour change and to see the word 'TEST' you have to look very carefully. When the test was finally finished I was pleased to see my test tube looking pink, meaning my sperm was active (pink = active, purple = not so active). For someone who has just turned 40 and was keen to understand if I had active sperm or not, and whether I would seek help from my Doctor, then this test ticked all the boxes and I could do it in the comfort of my own home, without any embarrassment which was a bonus.”
