“The mattress arrived in a timely manner, however it would have been very helpful to have a delivery time window other than 0800-1800...especially on a working day. The mattress arrived tightly rolled up in a plastic vacuum pack, which was easy to open. It is a good idea to let the mattress settle & air for at least 24-36hrs as there is a slight 'gluey' smell. Right from the first night, this mattress is amazing. No aches or pains - not too hot, not too soft, not too firm. Also very impressed with the fact that mattress doesn't bounce or move when either of us roll around or get into/ out of bed.”

“The mattress is very soft. I expected there would be better support with 4000 springs but it feels very sinky indeed, and is downright uncomfortable with 2 people (we are both 10kg below average UK weight). Although it's not as bad as the Simba, which feels like lying on a kitchen sponge, making the Drift mattress firmer would greatly improve the comfort in my opinion.”
