“While training for the Berlin Marathon I found using my normal gels with the same companies electrolytes made me feel sick, they weren’t overly sweet but still too sweet, I also couldn’t eat for 24hrs afterwards. I saw Perple on instagram and decided to give it a go… what a game changer! I love the flavour, I love it’s not sweet and I found I needed far less gels, I ran Berlin with this in my hydration pack, I gave up on gels at mile 15, all I used was this and a few pieces of banana, I didn’t bonk, I didn’t feel sick and I was able to eat a meal that evening. I highly recommend giving this a go (I’m not an elite)”

“This is first sports that’s not upset my stomach after running 12 miles. The berry taste is great and also doesn’t dry your mouth out.. Will definitely be buying more”

“Used for the first time on a 20mile run, x2 500ml soft bottles. Easy to mix, not sticky, I really liked the flavour, it wasn’t sickly sweet, or too bitter, it didn’t leave a nasty aftertaste and I think it really did help. I’ll be using this for the Berlin Marathon if allowed in hold baggage.”
