“Seems very good. My sport is golf so a little more instruction on when and how much would be really helpful. This time I drank full amount 30mins before competition. After 3.5 hrs my concentration started to waver. So should have drank half before and half later. I’m sure it will work for the duration but advice on the supplement would help”

“As a 59 year old having spent the last two years getting fitter and more importantly healthier, I have been looking for a sports drink that doesn’t contain sugar, sweeteners, caffeine & whatever other chemicals are added. Heard about Perple. Wondered if it could benefit someone who’s not a super fit young elite athlete (basically an old bald bloke trying to take his fitness to the next level!) One week in, difficult to write a true assessment but the flavour is great. Zero after taste with a natural sweetness. The main thing I’ve noticed is I haven’t had my usual post workout headache. Time will tell if this continues but maybe Perple provides the right balance of fuel & hydration. So far so good”
