“I do feel it has been very effective. Feel I have had less negative impact when using my tablet and phone. As I wear it on a long chain and it sits over my heart centre. I feel my breathing has improved and less congestion in my chest. I haven't tested it for all the other things it can be used for but pleased with the result.
