“So originally I was totally sold by the gorgeous design of the duvet. Like every single detail. I almost didn't want to put my bedsheets on to hide it! The fact that the entire company is sustainable, I don't need to worry about any poor little duckies etc who have been the victim of my duvet - 5 stars always!!! But then the customer service!! Philippa in particular, above and beyond! Seriously. Pay rise and promotion for this one, she's a good egg!!! She made the whole process so much easier and so enjoyable. Peace of mind through the whole thing. I ordered the 13,5 tog, thinking it wouldn't be too hot. Night 2, I was SO hot. So returned for 10.5 tog/ all year rounder. I didn't have to do a single thing except drop off my old duvet to the post office (shipping label provided etc!!). Thank you so much for making this the most enjoyable experience. “I have had my duvet for a couple of months now and I have to say that it was the best decision I have ever made in buying it. I thought at first that I wouldn't be warm enough as it is so light but within a couple of minutes I felt as though I was enveloped in a warm fluffy cloud. I never feel cold during the night, just lovely and warm. The fact that it is Vegan and Eco-Friendly is a huge bonus. I would highly recommend the Duvet Hog and I am so pleased with it that I shall be purchasing one for my daughter.”
