From searching online for the most eco-friendly duvet I could buy just a few days ago, to speaking with one of their team to arrange a retun (because I accidentally duplicated my order - all my own fault!), it has been a very easy and speedy service.
The duvet itself is fantastic and everything the reviews I read said it would be: Super soft and snuggly, and surprisingly very light for its warmth.
The delivery was carbon neutral, absolutely no plastic in the packaging (even the tape on the box is recycled and recyclable!), I think the price is very reasonable, and honestly I didn't expect buying a new duvet to be almost a luxury experience! Especially not when my criteria and search was focused on it being eco-friendly, but Duvet Hogs have managed both, IMO.
I really feel there is care, quality and attention to detail in the product and packaging, and the company's commitment to sustainable business.

“It's easily the best duvet I've ever owned. I feel smothered by heavier tog duvets, so this 4.5 tog duvet is perfect for me. It's very light and cool when you first get under it, but it quickly warms to just the right temperature and I even think I'm sleeping a little better,”
