“I ordered the 13.5 originally for my vegan daughter, who had been managing with an old 4.5 tog duvet plus blankets. She was thrilled with the duvet, is sleeping better (without blankets) as it is warm, light and fluffy. She is also happy with its vegan and environmental credentials. This then led me to invest in two more duvets for the rest of the family (both 10.5 tog which is warm enough for us). We are all extremely happy. Also, the piping around the duvet with the fun script is a nice touch. If I remember, I'll review again in a year, to see how well the duvets have lasted. Great customer service, good communication from the moment of ordering to the delivery process and in both cases, the duvets were delivered the day following the order.
