“I ordered a soft/medium pillow. I just loved the feel of this pillow and couldn't wait to get to bed!! Unfortunately it was too soft and didn't give me the support I needed. I contacted customer services and they exchanged pillow for the medium/firm. But unfortunately this pillow was too firm and aggravated an old neck injury. I really wish these pillows would've worked for me as they feel so soft and Comfy. Customer services were amazing one of the best customer services I've ever dealt with very helpful.”
“Wasn't sure which to go for so tried both (firm/medium and soft/medium). Expected to love the firm, but the soft is amazing. it's the best pillow I;ve ever had. And knowing no animals have been harmed, and that it's made from recycled bottles is fantastic. As soon as I replace a pillow or a duvet in future I will buy from Duvet Hog without a second thought.
