I've been looking for some decent strings for my Lowden which is always in DADGAD and came across Eagle musics own brand in gauges specifically for DADGAD. They are perfect! Great balanced tone great and feel smooth to play. They also seem to be lasting well so I've bought 3 more sets for the gigs coming up. They are also between a half & third of the price of the USA branded strings I've been using, they come in eco wrapping. Very happy indeed.

Because I've always used dropped tunings on guitar,I need custom sets gauged correctly. I have tried various other u.s.a. made sets designed for dadgad tuning. none of them perform as well as eagle music strings and they do not last as long. Also they are much more expensive than eagle music's string sets. I suspect that the company that makes eagle music's strings are USA based, as they are very similar in performance to some that I've used over the last thirty years, without disclosing who I think they are made by. I'm just happy that my quest for the right guitar strings for a great price has been sorted for me by eagle music shop.....thankyou.
