“Made an order as a present for my mother with plenty of time to get to her by Xmas. Package tracking info was contradictory btwn DHL & USPS. Several emails and one phone call from me finally resulted in reshipment arriving on 1/7/2023. I was told reshipment date was going to be much sooner but that didn't happen. So, I had to call. It was me who did all of the work to elicit the "customer service" needed. I did get an apology and a discount if I wanted to purchase something else. As if...”
