“I tried mixing it well in warm and then hot almond milk and it doesn’t mix well at all — very lumpy. So, I have to put it in a blender first, then warm it up. It gets a little thick and foamy once it is warmed in the microwave. I am still observing the health benefits but I think it is helping me with stress.”
