“Keeping the travel packs for just that, but am having my daily cacao bliss during the day. Love it. I find if I have it before bed for some reason it seems to make me get heartburn several hours later during sleep. This doesn’t happen if I have it during the day. I find it so comforting.”
“Really enjoy the product BUT the few times I had to call customer service I did not enjoy. Poor handling of call, got a clear feeling the customer service person could care less, bad communication with customer and acted like they were a third party just handling the calls which made me consider dropping my orders in the future. No follow up by management and as the product becomes more expensive the more I consider canceling especially when it takes a week or more for the product to arrive from Colorado to Oregon. I forgot the least favorite was the agressive push to sell additional products!”
