“I have a 24 oz. insulated tumbler. I put cubes of ice, water from the ice maker, some coconut milk and a scoop of Cacao Bliss. I stir it with a butter knife and it doesn’t dissolve well in ice water but I drink at least 3-4 tumblers a day while working from home. The cacao bliss flavors the water And I don’t add a new scoop until the 4th refill! Drinking water to lose weight is hard but not with cacao bliss!
