I will not have any useful feedback until I have used it for 30 days. I can say this so far ... it does not increase my energy, no noticeable weight loss, can't say I feel 20 again, doesn't curb my desire for food. So until I finish the pouch and gather more data ... it's a wash. A little pricey. Paid about 65 dollars to include 2 week shipping. So about 2 bucks per serving. I don't drink coffee so it doesn't save me any money in that area.”
