“At first I was excited about your product and wanted to help out one of the people you sponsored on YT... but it all went downhill from there. As soon as I made the order the discount code wouldn't work. After contacting customer service they got it figured out but I don't think the YT channel received credit for it.
Then I stared getting the emails. Straight up SPAM! I counted over 10 emails in the first 48 hours. Probably 20 more within the rest of the week. I asked for the spam to stop, which most of it did.
Next I asked for future orders to be canceled. It wasn't, I was charged another $50. I asked to cancel again, the rep said "oh I'll just pause it and start again in a month or two."
I emailed again demanding it be canceled and didn't receive a response.”
