“I didn’t like my first order at all but then just got a second one. I’ve called and requested call backs twice and wasn’t called back. I called and left a message and didn’t get a call back. I’ve hit “forgot my password” so I could get into my account to cancel and return this and I don’t get the password reset email. Even checked my spam. I’m growing tired of trying to reach you to cancel my auto shipment. At this point I’m tempted to be done with your company all together. I’ve never had an issue in the past it have never tried to contact you before.”
“I love chai and this is always a treat. I usually have a cup of chai in the afternoons using almond milk. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. That would be the only negative I would say about this.”
