“I love the product. My issue is the email said I would receive 2 free boxes, but I was only sent 1 free box and they substituted a bottle of probiotic for the 2nd one. This was not what I wanted. I checked the email and no where did it mention substitution, and I received additional emails to sell the chocolate which also indicated 2 free boxes would be included. This tells me you had not run out. This means I no longer trust your advertisements.”
