Bonus is that with generally trying to increase my protein intake, this is an easy way to boost a meal. Only concern is it’s not flavor neutral so I have to use it with something that masks the taste, and black coffee w/unsweetened dairy free creamer is not able to, it just tastes “off” to me w/this mixed in.”
