“My product arrived melted and sadly after being a customer for years I will never buy again since they would not stand behind their product and replace it. Instead they advised me to refrigerate it despite the fact that I told them I had already tried that and they did not fare well. They should ship to your front door or with an ice pack if this is a possibility. On a 70s degree day these arrived melted in my mailbox.”
