Don’t know why they can’t exchange it plus I still have all the emails that she sent me she also told me that they would not exchange any opened packages. Now to my knowledge this goes against your 60 day moneyback guarantee! I didn’t I didn’t have any open packages so that did not apply to me, but if I would’ve had one that would have upset me also.
