“I do a lot to make my self go to sleep. I could not sleep for years but just recently I’m sleeping. I don’t want to stop any thing I’m doing. High blood pressure is one reason and I definitely don’t understand that because my diet is good to excellent. Stress is very high because of this nightmare we are soon going to happen.
