“I had sent an email already about the purchase of the product before.When I had gotten the product. I guess you all didn't see it.I was very upset about the misinformation. I saw the ad on YouTube and they said the samples were free and just shipping you have to pay. Even the rep told me the same thing when I purchased it. Then I found out when I got the product. The invoice said $1.00 for each sample. And a $1.00 for what you call a catalogue. Which is really a booklet. I didn't expect that. It's not about the money so much.It's the principal of being honest if you are going to charge for a sample and booklet. Because company's don't usually charge for a booklet.”
