“My first purchase of this new collagen. The grams of protein per serving has decreased from the original product that I subscribed to. The mew package indicates there are more servings but that is really not the case when the nutrition breakdown is different, less than what was in the original product. And the price is the same for less? Not good. I will be looking for a new product!”
“I have been a customer of Earth Echo for a very long time and I have always loved the products and most importantly, I have trusted the company. However, I am extremely disappointed with their new collagen product and the way in which they have communicated the change to their customers. I just received my first bag of the new product and it's not only over 5.5 ounces less than the previous collagen but a serving size is double from the original formula. And it's being sold for the same price. I was told it's because this is an advanced formula that is more costly but no where on their website or in their emails did they communicate this significant change in the size of the new product.”
