“We really like the product, it is a bit pricy but quality is good. However your shipping is crap! Why does it take so long to get to me? Cost for shipping is almost 10 dollars. I could send that USPS priority mail in 2 days. I ordered on the 13th and won't get it till the 22nd. You should ditch DHL and use someone that is faster and more cost effective. My first order also took a long time. Please pick a different way to ship for your customers.
